These Anchors have to be inserted into a pre-drilled hole and then the pin is to hammered for the anchor to expand, causing them to open securely in the concrete. Installation Guide:

  • Drill hole on substrate to the depth required
  • Protect your eyes by putting on your safety glasses & also use other safety gears
  • Essentially clean holes with brush or blower & blow out all the dust completely
  • Insert anchor fastener into the hole. If required take the help of a hammer and ensure that the impact is given on the Nut which is to be flushed with the fastener. Hammer it until it reaches the drilled depth
  • Once the anchor is placed, a pin or nail is hammered into the anchor expanding the anchor wedging itself into the concrete
  • Move the Nut with clockwise rotary action. Tighten nut with applying the necessary tightening torque until the Nut cannot turn any further and it reaches its maximum possible strength
